Meyer-Orestegor 200mm f/4-22 zebra

This lens a beautiful master piece it has preset diapraghm, very nice looking blades and zebra like alu finish. Light weight easy and pleasant use on any modern DSLR. Very few people know this lens real value, almost same quality than legendary Carl Zeiss Sonnar and much lighter weight. What can I say more look sample pictures.

The previous post shows an Ebay list of a 135 Orestor/200 Orestegor Exakta removable mount. These 135/200 are both 35mm lenses, and their removable mounts aren't P6 adapters even if they look similar to the 300/500 P6-Exakta/P6-M42 original adapters.
Just Got one!

Ash, it has interchangeable mount in two variants M42 and Exakta. You can found lenses with any of them.
What is meant by M42/Exakta mount?

It is mentioned that its mount is M42/Exakta. Does it mean that it comes in both mounts or there is M42 adapter on Exakta mount?

Thanks

Unknown to many, this is really a medium format lens. The back of the lens can be unscrewed and a Pentacon adapter can be fitted in place of the m42 mount. I guess that this is the reason that the lens is so well corrected. When used for 35mm film only the best part of the lenses 60mm image circe is used.
I found the lens to be quite sharp and contrasty.
I realy liked the preset aparture lock. It works perfectly together with manual aparture control for digital cameras.
A good lens.
That is not true, no middle format lens

Where you get the idea that it can mounted to Pentacon Six? Dreaming?
Yes it's possible.
